R. Edward Ferraro

Born in Brockway, Pennsylvania, March 25, 1936; admitted to bar, 1960, District of Columbia; 1961, Pennsylvania; also admitted to practice before U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit; U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. Prepatory education, Duquesne University ( B.S., Acct., 1957); legal education, Georgetown University Law Center (LL.B., 1960). Fraternity: Phi Alpha Delta. Assistant District Attorney, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, 1961-64. Solicitor: Brockway Borough, Pennsylvania 1964-; Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, 1976-79. Ross F. Ferraro

Born in Brookville, Pennsylvania, December 31, 1970; admitted to bar, 1996, Pennsylvania; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. Preparatory education, Duquesne University (B.S.B.A., 1993); legal education, Captial University Law School ( J.D., 1996) Fraternity: Phi Alpha Delta. Law Clerk to: Hon. Tommy Thompson, Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County, OHio. 1995; Hon. William L. Henry, Court of Common Pleas, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, 1996-97. Gregory M. Kruk

Born in DuBois, Pennsylvania, July 9. 1951; admitted to bar, 1977, Pennsylvania; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. Preparatory education, Bucknell University (B.A., 1973) ; legal education, University of Pittsburgh School of Law ( J.D., 1977). Member: Jefferson County Bar Association; Pennsylvania Bar Association.

CLARA J. FERRARO, Office Manager

Clara J. Ferraro, wife of R. Edward Ferraro, Esq. has been in the position of Office Manager since 1961- the position includes coordinating all aspects of running a Law Firm and especially concentration on the financial and accounting duties that go along with the office. 

KATIE BISH, Legal Assistant., Office Manager & Real Estate Agent

Katie Bish joined the Law Firm over 30 years ago in 1992 after returning to her hometown from Erie, PA where she was working as a School Social Worker for the City of Erie School District. Katie is also daughter of Attorney R. Edward Ferraro and sister to Attorney Ross F. Ferraro. She is in charge of the office management as well as assists with various and numerous legal transactions and primarily handles Estate work. In June of 2021 Katie Bish became a licensed Real Estate Agent and is now not only working for Ferraro Kruk and Ferraro but also as an Agent for Network Realty Services. The combination of Katie’s legal experience and real estate expertise are vital assets to the daily functioning and success of our Law Firm. 

AILEEN T. FERRARO, Legal Secretary

Aileen T. Ferraro, daughter of R. Edward Ferraro, Esq., has been employed by the law firm since 2003 as a Legal Secretary with the various duties involved including typing letters, briefs and legal forms, coordinating appointments and various items involved. 

AFTON ANTHONY, Legal Assistant & Real Estate Closing Coordinator

Afton Anthony joined the Law Firm in April of 2022, after leaving her 20 year position working for the Law Firm’s former partnership, Ferraro & Young, in Punxsutawney, PA. She assists with various legal transactions, but primarily handles Estates and Real Estate.

TARA SMITH, Receptionist / Legal Secretary

Tara Smith joined the Partnership of Ferraro, Kruk & Ferraro, LLP back in April of 2019. Tara’s various responsibilities at the law office include answering telephone calls that come through the office for the Attorneys and relaying the messages to them, Greeting clients as they come in the office for their appointments and preparing legal documents for the Attorneys.
